The “end of the road” for glyphosate is a swamp of litigation

To be sure, many cancers are no hot coffee burn; it’s difficult at best to assign an indisputable exact cause to cancer. Going by the jury awards against Bayer so far, though, the company may well wish it had been in the coffee business instead.

Bayer defends safety of the herbicide, but legal costs may force withdrawal from U.S. market

Multiple law firms across the country – in Saskatchewan, Ontario, British Columbia and elsewhere – are now recruiting Canadians to join a class action lawsuit related to Roundup and cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
