VIDEO: Garvey takes on Booker in equipment operator challenge

In an editorial meeting earlier this year, Western Producer editor Robin Booker challenged the Glacier FarmMedia editorial team to an equipment competition. Machinery editor Scott Garvey took him up on the challenge and the terms were made: bragging rights and a beer. The equipment? A skid steer and an excavator provided by the folks from New Holland Construction on the grounds of the Ag in Motion farm show last month. A skills course was set up and the pair hit high gear to stake the claim that they were the better equipment operator of the two.
