Talking cattle feed efficiency at Canadian Western Agribition

Like most beef producers, Daniel Doerksen has some very specific ideas about what kind of cattle he likes. Most of all, he wants cattle that are feed efficient and profitable.

Grainews reporter Lisa Guenther caught up with Doerksen at Canadian Western Agribition, where he had a pen of bulls on display. Guenther found out about his selection criteria and learned a little bit about his participation in a residual feed intake trial at Olds, Alberta.
