Spotty weather conditions and lack of rain in parts of agro-Ontario this year made for a difficult growing season for the province’s soybean growers. At Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show this summer, we spoke with Horst Bohner, soybean specialist with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, about this year’s growing season and what disease and insect challenges soybean growers had to deal with in 2025.
