Canada’s biggest used farm equipment shopper publication has added tools to link prospective buyers to options for payment plans and shipping.
AgDealer on Monday announced “major enhancement(s)” at its AgDealer.com site, where each equipment listing will include buttons linking to tools from CWB National Leasing and Trusted Dispatch.
The online tools allow AgDealer.com users to calculate estimated monthly or seasonal payments and apply for financing, or calculate their own shipping costs and book transport directly.

“We believe this new functionality will help farmers and equipment buyers get the information they need, faster and easier, to help guide important used equipment purchasing decisions,” Nathan Mitchell, vice-president of listings for Glacier FarmMedia, said in a release. Glacier FarmMedia is the publisher of AgDealer and this website.
CWB National Leasing, Canada’s biggest equipment financing provider and an arm of CWB Financial Group, has “local account managers across the country who specialize in ag, and now we’ve got a digital solution partner that makes sense for our customers,” Miles Macdonell, the company’s senior vice-president of sales, said in the same release.
Trusted Dispatch uses algorithms to calculate shipping costs, then connects shipment with vetted heavy-haul truckers looking for loads, “providing significant cost savings to the shipper,” the company said.
