If the Massey Ferguson 5610 that made its way to the South Pole impressed you so much you want one for your own farm, AGCO’s newest marketing idea may be right up your alley. In late May, the brand sent out email notifications saying it is “proud to launch a Special Edition of the MF 5600 Series based on the iconic MF 5610 tractor which accomplished the record-setting Antarctica2 mission.”

By press time, however, there wasn’t much information available beyond that description. It’s not clear if the special edition models will just sport a unique paint job or if they will see some options similar to those added onto the heavily modified 5610 used in the Pole trek.

Kubota introduces Grand L70 series of utility tractors

For 2026, Kubota has debuted six utility-class tractor models in the 37- to 60-gross engine horsepower range, dubbed the Grand L70 series, offering up a new slate of high-spec features.

The email announcement from AGCO included an online link to a website where potential buyers could register their interest in buying a Special Edition 5600 Series. But when Grainews tried to access that portal, the link was still inactive. The brand’s website, agcocorp.com, didn’t contain any reference to it yet either. So I guess all we can say is, stay tuned for details.
